Workday is United Church Homes tool for managing employee information and operational data. UCH Staff and managed communities will benefit from a variety of Workday features, including a modern look and feel, frequent upgrades and a convenient mobile app.
Your system will be unavailable for a maximum of 3 hours during the next Weekly Service Update; starting on Friday, May 22, 2026 at 11:00 PM PDT (GMT-7) until Saturday, May 23, 2026 at 2:00 AM PDT (GMT-7).
Notice
When logging in to Workday, ensure you are using the correct credentials depending on which option you selected.
- Employee ID / Password: Use your Employee ID for your Username and the password you created to sign in.
- UCH Email (Single Sign On): Use this option if you have a UCH email address and are set up for Single Sign On for Workday.
- Click on the “Forgot Your Password” link located at the bottom of the login screen.
- If this does not resolve your issue, contact your supervisor or HR Manager for additional support or a Workday Help Case.
